Unless you purchase it to remove the ads it is absolutely useless.

Simply app with too much ads

Through several updates, this app scales incorrectly on an iPad. What is actually an inch in real life shows as about 7/8 of an inch on the ruler. The metric ruler is off by about the same amount. This makes the app not particularly useful on this device.

Too many ads... Its a waste of time. The ads take up the full screen and you have to wait 20 seconds to access the app.

Everytime you open up the app you are greeted with a 20 second ad that takes up the entire screen, not only is this annoying but you will also have a ad right in the middle of the screen when you are using the ruler

Update with Ads is horrendous. I open the app cause I need a ruler, and I have to sit through Ads before it even displays anything. Dont bother downloading. Really let down by this app developer. Not a smart business mover based on all the other complaints on here too.

It was great in earlier versions but now its covered in ads and it costs 10 dollars to remove them? fauk u mean

I rarely spend my time to write reviews, unless theres a really good reason to do it, and this app has a very good reason to deserve a very bad review: it crosses the line of what should be considered acceptable advertising. I tolerate well small ads in ad supported apps, but this one makes you view a 20 seconds video when you just need to take a 2 second measurement??? No way, this is totally unacceptable. Previous version didnt do this stupidity, so I promptly deleted it and found another ruler app that doesnt do this crap. I hope this well deserved review increases the number of reviews here so it shows the bad rating up front in order to inform users so they dont waste their time installing this crapware, not to say malware.

Ive never seen an app with so many ads! You have to spend half a minute watching ads for just opening the app!

Just downloaded and wont quit crashing

My god this app is awful. To get into the app, which is just a ruler with zero settings or flip capibility, one must sit through a 7 second ad, then another unskippable ad. Then while using it there is a gigantic obtrusive ad in the middle, and then if you use it too long another unskippable ad pops up. Disgusting ploy for money alone!

Only measure to 7 inch with an annoying ad right in the middle. Dont waste time.

As 6mm in your ruler is in 10mm in real world @ iPhone 6 Plus.

Thanks, its an awesome app. Ruler apps have come a long way. Helped me measure pupil distance for glasses with an iPad.

Its an easy app to use and its very convenient to have on hand. Works a little better on the iPad.

Dont know if Im doing this wrong but it will only measure to 7 inches or so. No options or settings. Seems ok. The movable measuring line could be darker. I can barely see it

This app is inaccurate by 1 mm on an iPad air and also carries an overhead of the Unity game engine at a whopping 20MB!
